Social Media News Tidbits
December 17, 2008
We’ve been really slammed with work relating to the upcoming full release of our Sibdu social network for commercial/investment real estate, along with other social-networking projects we’ve been bidding on/taking on. Because of this, I haven’t had much of a chance to blog here lately (or do much of anything at Twitter, either).
Besides the additional workload, I also injured myself in a bad slip-and-fall in my back yard last week (darn, no one to sue) and have bruised ribs as a result. If you’ve ever had bruised, cracked or broken ribs before, you know that: a) it’s really painful, and b) there’s not a darn thing you can do about it, besides pop anti-inflammatories and/or pain pills. Which means that I’m: a) in pain, and b) in a fog.
Toss in the personal injury with the work stuff, and blogging has been pretty much impossible. So I decided to hit the Net and dig up some good social networking-related stories for you, as a way to get back into your good graces. Hope it works:
- How to Use Content Aggregation as a Social Media Tool – A good article, and a way to plug our free Feedfuze product as a great tool of which to take advantage.
- Social Media Measurement – Good content, and a video interview to boot!
- In Social Media, What Do You Want Next? – Comment on your wishes here!
I’ll probably have one or two more posts before the holiday season comes upon us.
